GP Commercial is known for our excellent workmanship and customer service. That's why we provide a 5 year Workmanship Warranty on every project. Our 5 year Workmanship Warranty fully covers our work on your property.

• The 5 year Workmanship Warranty is fully transferable if you sell the property.

LIFETIME MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

While much of the damage caused by storms are unavoidable, GP Commercial deploys best business practices through our Premium Protection Plan. For an additional cost, this plan covers yearly routine maintenance for the life of your property. Under our Premium Protection Plan, GP Commercial will perform the following yearly maintenance to your property:

• Remove excessive debris from your roof
• Recaulk and reseal any roofing materials that may be lifting or loose due to wind storms, as well as exposed nails
• The Premium Protection Plan covers all yearly maintenance up to the point that your insurance company deems that a replacement is necessary.
• In the event that a natural disaster strikes in the region, GP Commercial is an emergency first responder to all of our Premium Protection Plan Customers.
